EDX 3600B Full-Element Analyser

The EDX3600B is one of the most powerful EDX XRF analysers capable of testing of precious metals (e.g. Au, Ag, Pt, Pd ...), steel, alloys, in mining, cement analysis, aggregate, plating thickness and RoHS testing. This model is capable of full and precise elemental detection and analysis. The systems UHRD detector technology and vacuum pump system enable such detection even of the lighter elements like Na, Mg, Si, S and Al. This is combined with an intelligent full-element analysis software package to match.
